People have been talking about the indie sleaze revival for a long time: Ray-Bans in the club, wearing shorts over tights, and low-rise skinny jeans (ironically) are all back with a vengeance. But this is a sure sign of its return – LCD Soundsystem have announced a residency in London this summer, taking over the O2 Academy Brixton for a mega eight nights.
LCD Soundsytem has got a huge London fanbase – the indie rockers played a six-night residency in Brixton in 2022 and headlined All Points East festival in 2024. If you missed out on those shows, no worries, because they will be in the capital for more than a week in June 2025.
Recently the band also revealed it would be dropping a new album in 2025, so that’s even more to get excited about. Want to score tickets to the residency? Here’s everything you need to know.
