What makes an era-defining album? Well, popularity, obviously. But does it stand the test of time? Decades later, are still humming its tunes and talking about it? Is the album’s creator still doing anniversary tours?
For James Blunt’s Back to Bedlam, the answer to all those questions is a hard ‘yes’. The album responsible for such huge hits as ‘You’re Beautiful’ and ‘Goodbye My Lover’ is currently being celebrated with a 20th anniversary tour – and this weekend it lands at London’s biggest indoor arena.
Blunt will play the O2 on Sunday and, in his own words, he’s going to ‘milk [Back to Bedlam] for all it’s worth’. Here’s everything you need to know about the gig, from timings and the potential setlist to remaining ticket availability.

When is James Blunt playing at London’s O2?
Blunt will be serenading Greenwich on Sunday February 16 2025.
What are the timings?
Doors will open at 6pm on Sunday, and you can expect James Blunt to take to the stage between 8pm and 8.30pm. As always, get down early to see the support (more on that below) or explore the O2’s food and drink options (which are open from earlier in the day).
On Sundays the O2 has a slightly earlier curfew than usual – the show will wrap up by 10.30pm.
What’s the setlist?
Expect the setlist to be heavy on Back to Bedlam (obviously), but Blunt will play other tunes, too. Here was the setlist at an earlier tour stop in Belfast (according to Setlist.fm), where he played Back to Bedlam not just in full, but in album order.
