If so, then you’re in luck, because your nana’s favourite perma-cheerful crooner is getting ready to head out on the road this summer.

After uniting the entire Pyramid Stage in a sea of sing-along Day Four hangovers during Glastonbury’s annual ‘legends’ slot back in 2015, Lionel will be dancing on the ceiling of Leigh Sports Village and erm Holkham Hall (?!) this June as he takes his five-decade career around the country for a spin, including two dates at London’s Hampton Court Palace Festival on June 5 and 6.

And sure, the majority of Lionel’s incredibly regional listings might read like the itinerary of Alan Partridge's next driving holiday (Lionel's even paying a visit to North Norfolk). And sure, it’s easy to mock a man who’ll forever be immortalised by a head made out of clay.

But hey: if there’s a guy who knows about playing All The Hits (for that, cunningly, is what this tour is called), then it’s Lionel.
