Glossier – the US-based make-up and skincare titans – have only ever once bestowed their glorious gifts upon the UK. That was back in 2017 and, since then, it’s been an online shopping-only fate for those on this side of the Atlantic.
But praise be! Because, as of tomorrow (November 20), a temporary store will be popping up in Covent Garden’s Floral Street, allowing people to browse IRL until February 9 2020.
Cannily landing just in time for Christmas party season to help London cover up its collective month-long hangover, the pop-up hasn’t taken its location for granted - adorning its walls in oodles of flowery paper. They’ve also kitted the shop out with a pastel-pink model of London’s skyline, and will be donating £5 to the Young Women’s Trust for every limited-edition umbrella sold in store.
Rain, rooftop views and a hefty pinch of ‘Grammable cuteness? Glossier’s adapting so well to London, it seems silly not to stay…
Once you’ve shopped and then dropped, why not stop into one of London’s cosy winter pop-ups?
