It is a truth universally acknowledged that (nearly) everyone loves Abba, and (nearly) everyone loves Fleetwood Mac. So what could be better than a club night called The Abba vs Fleetwood Mac Disco Party? Of course, it’s not really a competition: what you’ll get at the next party on December 6 is one room dedicated to the best of Abba and disco classics from the likes of Chic, Prince and Donna Summer. Then in another room, DJs will be celebrating the best of Fleetwood Mac and disco anthems from David Bowie, the Bee Gees, Shalamar and more. Basically, it’s all banger, no clanger; all killer, no filler; all… you get the picture.

But just as thunder only happens when it’s raining, amazing Abba vs Fleetwood Mac club nights only happen when you book tickets, and they’re available for this one here. Dressing up is entirely optional, but if you do want to slip into an Abba-style jumpsuit or a Stevie Nicks-esque cape for the occasion, ‘Don’t Stop’.

The Abba vs Fleetwood Mac Disco Party is at The CLF Art Café on December 6.
