British Summer Time – the  series of mega-gigs that take over Hyde Park each summer, this year featuring The Cure, Roger Waters, Bruno Mars and more – might be a huge event in the London festival season, but it’s fair to say tickets don’t come cheap.

This July, however, BST will be bringing you some thoroughly purse string-friendly midweek fun in the form of Open House: a series of entirely free events, open to all.

Returning to the Hyde Park site from Monday 9th to Thursday 12th, Open House will feature a host of events for all ages, including movie nights, Wimbledon screenings, children’s theatre, bingo, live music and more. They’ll also have pop-up bars and street food for if you really want to make a night of it.

So if you can’t quite budget for Bublé, then fear not: you can still get your Hyde Park fix this July.
