You read the headline – and this is not a drill. Omaze’s ‘Million Pound House Draw’ is back in London, meaning one of the capital’s most luxurious abodes is about to be won by one lucky, lucky individual.

Omaze’s has had four previous London house draws, with the last one taking place in August 2024 for a £5 million Victorian warehouse conversion in Hackney (see pics of that one here). This time up for grabs is a Georgian townhouse in south London – Borough, to be precise, with views of the Shard – and it looks every bit as spectacular as all the Omaze houses that came before.

The new London Omaze house is set over five floors and boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a ‘sun room’ and nearly 3,000 square feet’s worth of space. It’s a historic place, too. with period features like original sash windows and heritage brickwork, as well as a ‘Take Courage’ ghost sign on the outside.

If all that wasn’t enough, outside is a separate studio space and an ‘award-winning’ garden designed by Chelsea Flower Show Gold winners. The property is valued at £4.5 million, and the prize also includes furnishings (worth £150,000) and £250,000 in cash.
