Croydon’s brand new festival The Ends was already off to a strong start with international headliners Nas, Wizkid and Damian Marley. But now the three-dayer taking place in Lloyd Park this summer has added a shedload of awesome new acts, giving the event a distinctly local flavour.

London rappers Kojey Radical, Kojo Funds and A2 take pride of place on the bill, joined by Croydon’s own Nadia Rose, soulful Brit School alum Jaz Karis and Rachael Anson, the DJing sister of hometown hero Stormzy. Grime maestro Ghetts and electro-soul heroine Nao are also among the exciting new UK additions to the line-up.

The Ends has also beefed up its international presence with hip hop icons De La Soul, reggaeton star J Balvin, afro-fusion artist Burna Boy and – in a European festival exclusive – Grammy-nominated US rapper Nipsey Hussle. In short: The Ends is still well on course to make a stellar debut.

The Ends festival runs May 31 to Jun 2 2019 and you can grab tix here. Check out more fantastic music festivals happening in London here
