If you, like us, can imagine nothing better than a sheepdog in a sweater (apart from maybe a cocker spaniel in a crewneck, of course), then get yourself down to Battersea Park’s Pear Tree Café this Sunday.
Teaming up with Save the Children, dog rental app BorrowMyDoggy will be bringing together a whole pack of pooches to try and break the world record for the most dogs in Christmas jumpers.
You can enter your own festively attired canine for the event here or, if you’re merely a curious spectator – and frankly, who wouldn’t be – just come along for the photo opps.
All donations made on the day will go to Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser, and if you manage to snap a shih tzu in a Santa hat, well… thank us later.
The festivities start from 1pm, and the main record attempt will kick off at 2.30pm. Woof woof!
If that’s still not enough canines for you, why not head down to these pooch-friendly places across the city?
