Calling all of South Ken’s poshest party people! The people behind behind B Club, the reincarnation of infamously posh nightclub (and a fave of Prince Harry and Wills) Boujis, are launching another late-night dance venue on Kensington High Street.
The 400-capacity venue is called Gallery and it’s launching in just over a month. It’ll boast a state-of the art sound system and a 360-degree DJ booth with the aim of bringing an ‘edgy east London atmosphere’ to the area and ‘reinvigorate the local scene with standout artistic performances and a raw underground aesthetic’.
Punters will also get a hidden pizzeria serving neapolitans late into the night, a Cuban bar and a studio room that’s mysteriously ‘accessible only to those who discover it and offers an intimate escape for more adventurous patrons’.
Barth Rougier, one of the club’s owners and creative director, said: ‘Our mission is to rejuvenate west London's music culture, bringing our deep passion and inspiration from the underground scene to this space. We strive to offer West London something truly unique and beyond — this is an experience like never before.’
‘As proud Londoners, we love our city and refuse to let its nightlife fade. We are all in.’
So, put on your best plummy accent, don your Ralph Lauren rugby shirt and dust off your Jimmy Choos. Or if you’re trying to emulate that east London vibe, grab that vintage football shirt and your thrifted Salomons – Gallery will officially launch March 27 and be open Wednesday to Saturday every week.
