Former street food sensation Breddos Tacos has been a London mainstay for a few years now – opening an inaugural restaurant in Clerkenwell, then a larger second one in Soho.

Now, they’re broadening their horizons (with added booze) and opening Cocteleria: a new taco and margarita bar in the downstairs section of their Kingly Street branch. It’ll be serving up mezcalitas, margaritas (no surprise there) and the rather dangerous-sounding michelada: a beer and Tabasco mix that’s somewhere between a bloody mary and a pint.

To celebrate opening day, this Thursday November 1, they’ll be embracing the Mexican tradition of Day of the Dead with a giveaway we’re very much living for.

Head down to the new bar between 5.30pm and 9pm to get your hands on a free frozen margarita to toast the launch. No tricks involved, this one’s pure treat.
