Proud2 in genuinely good event shocker! The legendary (and recently reincarnated) Eskimo Dance, where most of grime's top names cut their teeth in the genre's early days, makes a comeback, featuring a 'Who's Who?' of grime kingpins and pretty much every emerging MC you could possibly want to hear. Be aware, though: this isn't your standard gig, with the focus very much on passing the mic and starting lyrical battles. Artists include grime godfather Wiley (pioneering single 'Eskimo' gave this rave its name), the purveyor of often sensitive, state-of-grime raps JME, plus whip-smart, versatile female MC Leshurr and the skippy, super-fast, rhythmically deft bars and trademark woops of Scrufizzer.
