The Rite of Spring at Peckham multi-storey car park

NonClassical and Bold Tendencies present Stravinsky's 'Rite of Spring' for full orchestra alongside a new work by Oxford-based young composer Kate Whitley in a huge disused car park. Also featuring sets from Nonclassical DJs including Gabriel Prokofiev.Earlier in the day, workshops led by former BBC Young Musician of the Year Mark Simpson introduce local schoolchildren to the music, and to the experience of orchestral music-making.
