The Mumford-affiliated Communion collective and label host a festive knees-up with the finest of London's indie folk scene. On the bill: gentle-but-engaging quintet The Mispers, beardy trio Bear's Den and singer-songwriters Sital-Singh (a sensitive soul) and Marcus Foster (gruff and slightly Celtic). There'll also be a DJ battle between Michael Kiwanuka and The Vaccines (our money's on The Vaccines) and a Communion folk jam – and advance tickets come with a free seven-inch record. Fans of beards, banjos and bared hearts won't find a better Christmas party this year.
