The fact that this Dutch duo are a former Eurovision act might put a few people off, but they'd be missing out: TCL's brand of soft, sensitive, harmonic country-rock suggests that their spiritual home is closer to Nashville than Rotterdam. The band are currently on tour plugging their self-titled debut album, though Waylon (the original male Linnet) has opted out to focus on his solo career.
