The suitably named Big Music Project aims to help young people (14-24) in the UK find work and training opportunities in the music industry – no easy task, so props to them for trying to help people get a foot in what can be a tightly closed door. The project has been embarking on a series of live events, including this one in London, featuring performances from an impressive case, including MNEK, Will Kennard (one half of Chase & Status), Eliza Doolittle, Becky Hill, Laura Doggett and one Rhydian off telly's 'The X Factor' and various stage shows and solo performances. Plan B will also be at the event to give advice on getting into the industry, plus there will be workshops and practical sessions, which can be booked in advance.
