The third and last night of IBYM (now in its second year), sees the unexpected but very welcome return of feted Cincinnati band The Afghan Whigs, fronted by notorious bruiser and righteous alt.soul man, Greg Dulli (along with Mark Lanegan, one half on The Gutter Twins). Kool Keith's classic NYC hip hop crew Ultramagnetic MCs make a rare (and possibly awkward) appearance while thrashy Brits Yuck take the opening slot after Guided By Voices had to pull out. Reformed US grungers Archers Of Loaf and new goth-tronica types Demdike Stare and Canadian psych-folkies Siskiyou also feature.
