Telemann in Paris

In 1737, Georg Philipp Telemann, the great baroque composer, travelled from Hamburg to Paris.Into the exhilarating musical world of the French capital he launched his Nouveaux Quatuors en Six Suites for flute, violin, viola da gamba and basso continuo.
