Schiff’s Schumann

Sir András Schiff conducts Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment in Mendelssohn’s tartan-fest Overture: ‘The Hebrides (Fingal’s Cave)’ and Symphony No 3 in A minor, Op 56 (‘Scottish’). Schiff then directs from the keyboard as soloist in Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor. Turn up at 5.45pm for a free pre-concert talk in the hall.
