What is possibly the best club in east London, if not the entire capital, celebrates the new year with a typically underground party with the finest cutting edge electronic beats making the most of their infamous killer soundsystem. One of its stars of 2011, Floating Points, whose residency this year has seen him go back to back with some of the best house, soul, hip hop and techno luminaries around (see Caribou, Kyle Hall, Patrick Forge and even Mr Scruff) teams up with Detroit don Marcellus Pittman tonight, adding downbeat house and uptempo soul music to the jazzy, Afro-boogie and deep elecronic mix for 12 hours.
