Nonclassical presents its first night at XOYO, with a line-up running from 1960s Minimalism to modern electronic dance music. in the first half, a full orchestral ensemble plays minimalist pieces by Steve Reich, John Adams, and Louis Andriessen, while J.D Twitch of duo OPTIMO headlines with a two hour set exploring all forms of minimal dance music. Nonclassical DJs Gabriel Prokofiev and Richard Lannoy bridge the gap with DJ sets that incorporate live performance.
