Naughty Boy

London-born, MPC-wielding producer and songwriter Naughty Boy is one of pop's fastest rising stars. He kicked off his career with a £5,000 grant from The Princes Trust, and then won an extra £44,000 on 'Deal or No Deal'. Having invested in some high-end audio equipment, he's since racked up production credits for the likes of Emeli Sandé, JLS and Leona Lewis, while chart-topping acts including Sandé, Ed Sheeran and Bastille all feature on his debut album, 'Hotel Cabana'. It may all sound a bit meanstream and conventional (well, apart from the Noel Edmonds bit), but his hip, squelchy, spacy R&B and garage productions have a lot going for them.
