Music tech company Ableton set up shop at James Lavelle's Meltdown for a series of free demo workshops, where they'll be showing off their Live software and their new Push hardware instrument. Push looks a bit like a mini version of one of those light-up disco floors, and can be used to make all sorts of different beats and noises. It's basically an innovative graphic synthesizer that looks really fun to play with, and that's exactly what you'll get a chance to do here – but get down early and be prepared to wait, as there's limited space at the sessions, which run until 5.30pm.
