Tarik Badwan, brother of The Horrors’ Faris, stalks out of his sibling’s tall, tall shadow as singer in his own band, Loom. With song titles like ‘Hate’ and ‘Bleed on Me’, they sound like The Strokes covering the Pixies through Nirvana’s pedalboards: a blast of grunge-fuzz punk bliss.
