Insipid, squeaky-clean boy band Lawson aren’t named after Nigella or even Nigel, but apparently after a brain surgeon who once operated on lead singer Andy Brown. They favour denim (sometimes double) and freakishly rigid hair, and their debut album ‘Chapman Square’ was so called after the swanky street in Wimbledon where Brown lived with his pop star ex.
