Young Orcadian singer and guitar/banjo/double bass player with an expressive and engaging delivery that has won him the Radio 2 folk newcomer's Horizon Award, who has worked with a variety of artists throughout his career so far, and whose debut album 'Black Water' features guest spots from folk gang Kate Rusby, Roddy Woomble and Eddi Reader among others. Tonight he whips out some new material, as well as playing from his sophomore record 'Mark the Hard Earth'.
