Keyboard Kinship: David O'Brien/Zac Gvi/Francesc Marco/Rick Simpson

The Steinway Festival continues with this group of keyboardists who met through the F-ire Collective and bring a real sense of adventure to their playing – namely works requiring eight hands. Their wide ranging music can and does include everything from music derived from birdsong and Morse code, to reworking Aphex Twin's remix of Phillip Glass' orchestration of David Bowie's 'Heroes', all performed on vintage synths, keyboards and pianos.
