Join a Youth Orchestra

Join Blackheath Youth Orchestra under Philip Sawyers for three days of music-making (Mon Aug 1-Wed Aug 3) and enjoy getting to know other young people who share your interest in orchestral music. There are rehearsals of the full orchestra, sectional rehearsals with nationally known specialists and enough breaks in between when you can socialise. Open to anyone aged 11 to 18 who plays an orchestral instrument to Grade 4. No auditions. Culminates in a concert on Weds Aug 4 at 4pm. (The Blackheath Youth Orchestra is a collaboration between Blackheath Halls and The Conservatoire.)
