Joan Rodgers and Roderick Williams

Roger Vignoles's 'Perspectives' series continues with Joan Rodgers (soprano) and Roderick Williams (baritone) alternating in favourite German Lieder – selections from Mahler's 'Des Knaben Wunderhorn' rub shoulders with Schumann's 'Verlassne Mägdelein' and Brahms's 'Nachtigall'; while the entire second half is given over to Wolf's 'Italianisches Liederbuch' – with the inevitable final flourish of 'Ich hab in Penna'.
