Ivo Neame Octet

Rising star pianist Neame's multi-layered Keith Jarrett-esque approach has made him a lynchpin figure in Mobo-winning band Kairos 4tet and a key part of the brilliant Phronesis. The latter band's bassist Jasper Høiby also appears here as part of a stellar eight-piece that includes vibes ace Jim Hart and clarinetist Shabaka Hutchings, all combining on Neame's sparkling originals from new album 'Yatra' (Edition Records) launched tonight.
