Heineken Open'er Festival

Bjork, Public Enemy, Major Lazer, Orbital, Friendly Fires, Justice, New Order, Franz Ferdinand, SBTRKT, The Mars Volta. This bargainous Polish event is held in a huge airfield (room for 20,000 tents), and includes a good range of big-name international acts such as Icelandic pop pioneer Bjork, rabble-rousing rap veterans PE and arty Glaswegian guitar-poppers FF. Plus danceability comes from the distorted hugeness of French electro dudes Justice, ambient techno meisters Orbital and the slinky/grimey/tropical/garage beats of UK bass meister SBTRKT.
