Tony Haynes's exciting 18-piece have always fused jazz, Oriental, Indian and African musics, and here they celebrates 'freedom and the art of improvisation' on Armistice Day with a show entitled 11.11.11 The finest UK-based jazz musicians including Claude Deppa, Shanti Paul Jayasinha, Byron Wallen, Louise Elliott will be performing as will a Roma Gypsy Ensemble. Plus the '11.11.11. Blues' will get its first airing. (it's a composition written as part of a competition to write an 11 bar blues in 11/8 time.)
