Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Paul McCartney, Nick Lowe – Welsh pianist and accordionist Watkins has tinkled the ivories for some big names, but he's an impressive singer-songwriter in his own right, with a rough voice and some brilliantly crafted songs up his sleeve. He's backed by his band, The Mosquitos, which includes brass and woodwind.
