Fairport's Cropredy Convention

Badly Drawn Boy, Fairport Convention and Friends, UB40, Seasick Steve, The Coral, Blockheads, Hayseed Dixie, Urban Folk Quartet. No longer exclusively a folk festival, Fairport Convention's annual real ale bash – for that seems to be the only unchanged attraction – goes down a Brummie reggae route this year with UB40. Fret not, though, there are still folk-fuelled outfits with woolly hat-wearing BDB, raw blues man SS and Fairport round things off on Saturday as per usual.
