Elliott Sharp/John Edwards/John Butcher/Tony Marsh

A major figure in New York's downtown scene for years, Sharp has experimented relentlessly with electronics over the course of his career. A multi-instrumentalist, he's now using computers and invented instruments, and performs here with his self-designed eight-string guitarbass, his electronically processed soprano sax, and laptop, pushing the boundaries between twisted eletronic Downtown jazz and dance. He's joined by UK free improv supremos Edwards, Butcher and Marsh.
