If you like tropical dancefloor fusions, here's a very spesh night for you indeed. The unbelievably ace Soundway Records, who represent everything from obscure forgotten Nigerian funk and highlife to Colombian champeta b-sides, throw a multi-dimensional warehouse party in London Fields with a live set from Phnom Penh-based six-piece Cambodian Space Project, a screening of 1970s Nigeria via Brazil film 'Black Goddess' at 7.30pm and DJ sets from Chris Menist & Maft Sai, Secousse and Ghetto Bassquake's Vamanos & AJ Holmes and our friends from The Quietus hosting 'Departure Lounge'. Scorching stuff, indeed.
