Time Out says

Considering how badly the baby boomers nominally in charge of Britain are cocking things up right now, you might think that we’re doomed to become a monocultural cul-de-sac of a country. For an alternative view, head to the ICA to take part in a much-needed creative intervention by some of London’s brightest young things.

Reprezent 107.3FM is a radio station run by and for young Londoners. After five years on the air, the Reprezent crew come central this weekend for a day at the ICA. Reprezent DJs Munya, Scully, Shemzy and Lorelle will broadcast from the ICA Theatre, chatting to photographers, designers, musicians and industry types about black British sounds past and present, skate culture and fashion and the future of London nightlife.

Alongside that there’ll be T-shirt printing and art workshops, screenings of films by young women directors, a session with London race and culture forum Skin Deep, and a screening and Q&A with broadcasters Just Jam, before things wrap up with an evening showcase of fresh-faced grime MCs and bass DJs. All of which costs precisely nothing: just reserve your place in advance, and let some amazing young people restore your faith in humanity.
