Mercury-nominated folk singer Sam Lee and his Nest Collective curate a suitably salty live music programme as part of this event celebrating British seafood. Including a capella shanty singers TBW – three young men who describe themselves as 'musical barnacles clinging to the creaking hull of a musical tradition'. There'll also be a pop-up fish restaurant, contributions from the Billingsgate Seafood School, and a history lesson from oysters to jellied eels with urban sociologist Dr Alex Rhys-Taylor.
