Cafe Society Swing

This atmospheric night of jazz sounds and storytelling is an insight into the world of the Cafe Society, a legendary New York club which was one of the first venues to treat black artists with respect. It hosted gigs from great musical talents such as Sarah Vaughn, Billie Holiday and Lena Horne, whose sounds will be brought back to life by performers Ciyo Brown, China Moses, Vimala Rowe, Judi Jackson and Peter Gerald.
