Britten Sinfonia/Eddie Gomez

As part of the 2015 EFG London Jazz Festival, classical pianist Steven Osborne hooks up with Britten Sinfonia, drummer Sebastiaane de Krom and double-bass jazz legend Eddie Gomez for music by Bill Evans, the world premiere of Simon Bainbridge’s ‘Counterpoints’ and Frank Zappa’s ‘Igor’s Boogie’ plus tributes to New York jazz, tango and ragtime by Milhaud and Stravinsky.
