While Anderson's chortle-worthy Twitter alter ego chats aimlessly about himself in the third person and messes with Bernard Butler, the really real, Britpop scenester Brett Anderson, of former floppy fringe fame, is busting out some new tunes. His new solo LP 'Black Rainbows', which will be released on September 26, follows the tambourine-filled ballad 'Brittle Heart'.
