Andrew Bird

Classically trained violinist (in the Suzuki method), leftfield singer-songwriter, guitarist, master whistler and Chicago native Bird is drawn to the north American and European folk traditions, as well as jazz and blues and has worked with artists as diverse as Candi Staton and Bonnie 'Prince' Billy. Here he draws on his five albums to date, possibly including selections he composed for indie rom-com 'Norman'.
