Sarah Kane's '4.48 Psychosis' is one of the most notorious theatrical works of the late twentieth century, a freeform play-cum-poem-cum-suicide note, an abstract actualisation of the dark thoughts surging through her head that wasn't performed until after she had taken her own life.
