Football: Designing the Beautiful Game

This major new exhibition tells the story of the world’s most popular sport through the prism of design. Using more than 500 objects, films and interviews, it will explore how innovative design has been used to take ‘the beautiful game’ to new levels. In addition to exhibits dedicated to sporting performance, kit development and stadium construction, you’ll learn more about footballing legends such as Messi, Pelé, Best and Maradona. Frankly, it’s a ‘back of the net’ job all round.
