Christmas Past 2011

It wouldn't be Christmas without the Geffrye's 'Christmas Past'. The museum's 11 period rooms, which include examples from the past four centuries, can be seen in their full festive glory – which is actually rather more subtle than you might expect. Each room shows examples of the sort of Christmas decorations that were displayed in the living rooms of typical middle-class families of the time.
