Free Word Centre

It’s wrong to judge a book by its cover, but if the Free Word Centre’s summer 2013 renovations are any indication, this ‘meeting point for literature, literacy and free expression’ ought to have a better events programme than ever. Visit the Free Word Hall to check out an ever-revolving series of free exhibitions, or visit the centre's website for updates on weekly talks and lectures. Six literary organisations and more than 25 associates call the Free Word Centre home, so there's always plenty going on.
