This eight-week course is aimed at 12-16 year olds and is designed to provide teens with tools they can use to deal with the ever-increasing pressures of their academic and social lives. The course consists of eight 1-hour sessions across nine weeks with a break on Tuesday February 17 for half term. A new mindfulness theme will be introduced in each session followed by a series of exercises that will then be discussed and reflected upon within the group. Places can be booked online.
