Kent and East Sussex Railway 1940s Weekend

The annual 1940s weekend sees the clock go back to wartime Britain, with authentic memorabilia and bunting, demonstrations, flying displays with wartime aircraft, dancing with the Cinque Ports Lindy Hoppers and others, singing by soprano Fiona Harrison and other entertainment. Those attending are advised start their day at Tenterden station, where there is a large car park. Tickets include unlimited steam travel between Tenterden and Bodiam.
