Time Out says

The summer programme at the Ragged School marks our Queen's rapid approach towards becoming Britain's longest reigning monarch – in September she is set to overtake Queen Victoria's impressive 63 years on the throne – with a series of free, drop-in art and craft workshops echoing inventions, fashion and key events from across the Victorian era.

As well as getting among the clay and paints, your nippers will have the opportunity to learn somefink proper in the museum's Victorian Classroom or to understand the meaning of honest graft with some 19th-century chores in the Victorian Kitchen.

There's a play area for the under-5s and a cafe for the grown-ups.
