The Locke aparthotels are a clever chain of stylish accommodation sprinkled across the city. With spots in Kensington, Bermondsey, Millennium Bridge and Tower Bridge, each one is a reasonably priced design-focussed space with rooms that are a part apartment/part hotel vibe: there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and toaster for those who want to settle in and stay longer, as well as an onsite gym, café and bar and 24-hour reception. Think of them like your own cool little serviced apartment. We particularly like the Leman Locke because it’s only 900 metres from both the Tower of London and Brick Lane. And if you’re in town for a work trip, there’s a co-working space that guests can use just next door.
